Reviews from people who have taken part in courses say:
“What a Brilliant Baking day we had. There were no such thing as being bored. You could’t even to pass a simple spoon without everybody laughing. Susan passed on her expert knowledge, to bring me the confidence of using simple ingredients which miraculously turn into a rich delicious bread. Highly recommended to even novice bakers.” Suzy
On 15th December we’ll be doing an advanced day that’s a bit more tailor made. This day is ideal for people with some bread making experience, or who have dome the BiC intro day. It’s designed around busting your bread issues and getting some sourdoughs bubbling- it involves some pre-work.
