New special week! Rye and Sunflower cob – made with all-rye flour and packed with cracked grains. We are looking forward to a super flavour from a long overnight proof. It’s a big hearty loaf, perfect for a lunch table.
The country sourdough was particularly good last week, we thought anyway, so we’ve picked it our to be our picture star this week. Every real bakery has a sourdough, and we’re proud of where we’re getting to with our version.
