This week’s bakery order list is out now – starring our first-ever doughnuts! The Bread In Common take on this sweet classic is built around a home-made seasonal rhubarb jab filling encased in our babka dough, part-fried then baked for a less fatty but mega-delicious treat.
Our other special, the rye and sunflower cob, is around for one final week – it wouldn’t be a bad lunch to start with the cob with cheese, salad and a cold beer – then have one of our doughnuts with coffee. Just suggesting.
And if you’d like to learn the secrets behind our delicious bakes then you can come to Bread In Common and learn for yourself. There are one-day bakery courses suitable for all levels running on Saturdays here at Bread In Common in Stoke. First one is on Sat June 17th – then they’re on Sat 18 July, 14 Oct and 18 Nov. Only £60.00 including lunch and a whole heap of bread to take home with you…more details and online booking here.
