If you’re part of a group that would like a baking workshop then we’d love to hear from you.
We can run a four hour course plus lunch on a Saturday morning or an afternoon
starting – for example – at 09.30 and finishing at 2.00 inc lunch OR starting at 1.30 with lunch and finishing at 6.00pm
Typically participants can learn three different types of bread, and we aim the workshop at between 15 and 20 participants. Courses take place at our production kitchen at 72 Hartshill Road and cost £36.00 per head.
