Following funding from Lloyds Foundation our highly successful community real bread bakery, Bread In Common, needs a Bread Development Worker:
Bread in Common Programme Development Worker
2 days per week, £16000 pro rata
Fixed Term Contract: 18 months, starting April 2017
B arts are looking to recruit someone to work with us on developing a sustainable and repeatable training programme to run alongside our community bakery, Bread in Common.
The role includes setting up referral routes, recruiting and supporting target participants, developing and trialling course content and structure, and developing tools to monitor and evaluate the course.
