Stoke’s first real bread community bakery, Bread In Common, returns with regular Thursday bakes next week. Every Monday we put up on the Bread In Common website and social media the week’s bake list. Order by Weds afternoon, then pick up your freshly-baked delicious real bread on Thursday between 1 and 6pm. Sign up to the Bread In Common e-newsletter on this page to get the list to your inbox every Monday. New this season is online payment and several tasty additions to the regular bake list such as croissants and spelt teacakes.
Real bread is bread baked just with flour, water, salt and natural ingredients such as herbs or olives. It has no chemical flour improvers, additives or artificial ingredients.
